Get ready to experience a journey full of charm and fun through the cities of Porto and Gaia! You can start this experience by heading to the meeting point at Rua do Corpo da Guarda 20, Porto, near São Bento Station. Or, if you prefer, select the pick-up at your accommodation option (additional charge applies), subject to availability.

On this tour, you will be accompanied by our local guides, experts in the city's culture and history, who will share with you fascinating insights about the main historic landmarks of Porto.

We start at the Porto Cathedral (Sé do Porto), a historic cathedral with panoramic views over the old town. Next, we head towards the Fernandina Wall, an ancient medieval fortification.

We continue to the lively Praça da Batalha, the heart of local commerce and urban life, where you will find the São João National Theatre and the Church of Santo Ildefonso, famous for its blue and white tiles.

We proceed along Rua de Santa Catarina, passing the historic Café Majestic, and then along the grand Avenida dos Aliados, surrounded by neoclassical buildings and featuring the impressive Christmas tree.

We cross the Ceuta Tunnel and pass by the Hospital of Santo António, a masterpiece of neoclassical architecture. Then, we enjoy the Jardim das Virtudes, a viewpoint with breathtaking views over the Douro River and historic Porto.

Next, we visit the Tribunal da Relação, followed by the Portuguese Center of Photography, housed in a former prison building, and the Gomes Teixeira Square (or Praça dos Leões), a university area filled with historic monuments.

We pass by the Lello Bookstore, considered one of the most beautiful in the world, the Church of Carmo with its tile contrasts, and the neighboring Church of the Carmelites. Then, we head to the Clérigos Tower, the tallest in Porto.

We descend through the Jewish Quarter and stroll along the charming Rua das Flores, known for its colorful, typical houses. The route also includes the historic Ferreira Borges Market.

After this tuk tuk journey, we return to the meeting point or your accommodation. The experience can be complemented by the 6 Bridges Cruise on the Douro River, where you can enjoy the city from a new perspective with panoramic views of the riverbanks, historic buildings, and sunlight reflections on the water.
