Living Tuk Tuk is a brand part of LivingTours and operates under the license RNAAT 583/2016

Prices

Prices are per person with VAT included, except the Tuk Tuk Tailor Made Tour with features the price per tuk tuk.

Solo travelers are welcome, please book a minimum of two adults.

Languages

Private tours can be conducted in: Portuguese, English, French and Spanish as a professional driver/guide.

Maximum of 6 people per vehicle. Minimum of 2 paid participants.

Ages

This is a child-friendly tour. Children up to 3 years are permitted to join this tour free of charge. Children from 4-12 years pay only 50% of the adult.

Children 6 years old and under are not legally allowed to ride on a Tuk Tuk. Children 7 to 12 years old or a minimum of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a booster seat (please let us know beforehand if you need one). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with prosthetics.

Meeting Point

Living Tours shop in Rua Mouzinho da Silveira 352 354, 4050-418 Porto.

Specific pick up and/or drop off are available on request upon an extra charge.

Included

Company Liability Insurance and Personal Injury Insurance.

Each Tour is accompanied by one of our Storytellers, he/she is a trained and experience driver/guide who will be providing some descriptions of the monuments and history along the way.

Excluded

Gratuities, tickets (except the Combo Tours) or monuments entrance.

No-Show, cancellation and refund policy:

All customers should be at the meeting point 10min prior to the tour start. If the group arrives 15 minutes or later than the hour of the tour, the reservation will be automatically canceled without any rescheduling or refunds.

Until 24h before the tour, all reservations can be canceled / refunded / rescheduled, free of charge.

Within the 24h, all reservations will be charged in full.

In case Living Tuk Tuk considers there are no conditions to operate, it is possible to reschedule pending availability.
